Not only is dried fruit packed full of nutritious wholefood goodness, its also highly versatile and keeps for a long time when stored correctly. Dried fruit is a fantastic wholefood, add it to cereals, salads or savoury dishes. Alternatively eat as a healthy and nutritious snack all on its own.
